Jessica Kaschube

Founder

Jessica is a multi-faceted leader dedicated to life-long learning through creative work. Her many life travels from growing up in rural Montana to living in Miami, FL have given her a perspective and appreciation for all the quirks and sparkliness of humanity. 

Over the course of her professional career, she has secured and managed over $11 million (and growing) in grant awards for groups with a range of budgets from $60,000 to $4 million. She founded her own grant consulting business with the mission to demystify the grant process for smaller organizations to ensure they had access to available funding. She strongly believes that we can do good business in blazers as well as sweatpants depending on the needs of the day. Show up as you are and as you want to be.

She now has handled scheduling, negotiations and contracting for hundreds of projects over the course of her career. She is most proud of her arts education work building new initiatives that serve thousands of students and individuals annually. She has handled logistics for five educational touring productions reaching 150 schools, built partnerships with high schools to establish in-school residencies now serving 80+ students annually and secured a space partnership with Miami Beach Regional Library for Miami New Drama’s Summer Theater Intensives allowing for the program triple in size in one year.

She delights in making connections and creating opportunities for collaboration. She values the process of bringing a powerful vision to fruition. The connection and energy established on a team along the way are just as important as the outcomes.

In 2020, she added Mom to her resume.This has allowed her to incorporate more play and wonder into her own daily life as she helps a tiny human develop. Creative projects are abundant from this relationship.
